ABOUT OGS
Ohio Green Systems LLC (“OGS”) is dedicated to the research, development, and commercialization of innovative medical marijuana therapies for Ohio patients with unique, often debilitating, conditions.
We are a licensed medical marijuana processor serving the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program.
Processing refers to the process of turning marijuana flower into another marijuana-derived product, such as oils or concentrates. In our process, the marijuana cannabinoids and terpenes are extracted from the flower material using a Cryo-Ethanol solvent.
The Cryo-Ethanol extraction process involves chilling the ethanol to <-20°C then pumping the ethanol into a container of cannabis. After a soak period, the ethanol solution is filtered out and the plant material is removed. The resultant mother liquor of ethanol and extract is then concentrated by removing the ethanol.
This process yields an oil once the solvent has been removed. This oil contains plant lipids, waxes, fats, terpenes, THC and other cannabinoids. This product then goes through additional processing to remove the plant lipids and waxes is necessary to produce a pure and clean final extract product.

Andrew czarzasty
Andrew Czarzasty is a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio that specializes in contracts, negotiations, real estate and regulatory/compliance law. He is a native Ohioan that has resided in Cleveland, OH for more than a decade. His drafting and regulatory expertise were integral in OGS receiving its license to operate. Mr. Czarzasty also serves as the CFO of Salerno Group, a hospitality and entertainment centric company, where he manages operations and finances across the multi-state company.
Mr. Czarzasty uses his experience with navigating issues dealing with regulations and compliance to manage and facilitate the cooperation of the OGS team in order to maintain efficiency throughout the design, build and operation phases of OGS current expansion plan.

FABIO SALERNO
Fabio Salerno brings over 20 years of leadership experience as an owner and operator.
Mr. Salerno's hospitality company, Salerno Group, owns and operates several restaurant concepts and event spaces that generate millions of dollars in yearly annual revenue. At OGS, Mr. Salerno utilizes his operational expertise to build and scale the manufacturing business and in-house brands both locally and nationwide.
