OUR MISSION

At Ohio Green Systems (OGS), we’re all about turning good plants into great products.

We’re a licensed dual use processor proudly serving consumers across Ohio with clean, effective, and innovative cannabis extracts. Our focus? Helping people find relief through thoughtfully crafted cannabis-based therapies.

Here’s what we do: We take high-quality cannabis flower and transform it into concentrated oils using a process called Cryo-Ethanol extraction (yep, it sounds intense — because it is). Basically, we chill ethanol to super cold temps and use it to gently pull out the good stuff — cannabinoids and terpenes — from the flower.

Once we’ve got the goods, we filter and refine the extract, carefully removing any plant fats, waxes, or impurities. The end result? A clean, potent oil ready to be crafted into top-tier products that consumers can trust.

Andrew Czarzasty

Legal Strategist & Operations Lead

Andrew is a licensed Ohio attorney with a focus on contracts, compliance, real estate, and regulatory law. With deep roots in Ohio and over 15 years in Cleveland, he’s played a key role in shaping and guiding the legal and operational framework of Ohio Green Systems.

Andrew’s legal and regulatory expertise was instrumental in helping OGS secure its processing license and navigate the ever-evolving cannabis landscape. He ensures the team stays aligned with compliance standards while keeping growth on track.

In addition to his work with OGS, Andrew serves as CFO of Salerno Group, a hospitality and entertainment company with operations across multiple states. There, he oversees financial strategy and day-to-day operations, bringing a practical and steady approach to business management.

From licensing to logistics, Andrew blends legal insight with real-world problem-solving to keep things running smoothly — and moving forward.

Visionary Operator & Growth Architect

With over three decades of experience as a business owner and operator, Fabio Salerno knows what it takes to build brands that last. As the founder of Salerno Group, he’s behind some of Cleveland’s most successful restaurant concepts and event venues, generating millions in annual revenue.

At Ohio Green Systems, Fabio brings that same energy and know-how to the cannabis space. He leads the charge on scaling operations, developing in-house product lines, and creating systems that support long-term growth — both in Ohio and beyond.

From hospitality to high-performance manufacturing, Fabio’s focus is always on elevating the experience, empowering the team, and making smart moves that drive results.
